Hi there! I'm Lara Marquez, a business owner and personal trainer. I have more than 15 years of experience in training clients to reach their fitness & lifestyle goals.
It is my personal belief that each client is on their own individual journey to reach their full physical potential and my role is to guide them there!
In my 15 years of training thousands of clients in Toronto, I have had the opportunity to explore several methods of fitness; strength training, HIIT, Pilates Reformer and Boxing. The combination of strength training to build lean muscle, the benefits of lengthening and improving core stability from Pilates Reformer and the cardiovascular power from boxing makes this personal training experience unparalleled.
60-minute personal training session
Five 60-minute personal training sessions
(60 day expiry).
Ten 60-minute personal training sessions
(90 day expiry).
Three month commitment minimum.
This personalized monthly programming and in-person training includes:
- a 3-day program; two in-person session and one @ home session
- text support
- nutrition guidance and monitoring
- monthly body scans to measure progress
